Two weeks ago I was writing tentative high school finishing exams ("matura") and today I've received my results :) If someone is interested:
Polish - 61% *not happy*
Math - 66% *it could be better*
Civic Studies (elementary level) - 74% *good*
English:
- elementary level: 98% *1 point more and it would be 100%! Why did I write 'false' there? Still: 'hooray!'*
- advanced level - 89% *HOORAY!*
Now I'm not going to be modest - I have got the best result in CS ('in'?) in school! Funny, because students, who were writing that matura with me, have got advanced Civics classes. My teacher wants me to write a matura from CS ('from', right?) on advanced level. Also I want to write matura from Math on advanced level too. I have to resolve few problems and "We will see" - like Mrs. D. said.
Yay, I still can't believe I've received so many points from English! On matura exam on advanced level I could choose what I would write: story, description or essay. I chose story (surprise! ;) ). I made few stupid mistakes with 'to', 'in' etc. I need to learn more about prepositions.
Thinking about my result from Polish (or in Polish?) I want to kick myself. Only 61%? Well, it wasn't easy, but still!
There are two bad things about this exam:
1) 'read the text and answer the questions' - easy, right? No. Because teachers have a list with correct answers. I read some time ago a interview with a guy which text was used in this exam; he made it and didn't receive the max amount of points! There was one question where all people in my class wrote this same answer - we weren't cheating - but it was wrong.
2) 'write an essay' - I like writing essays. I find them quite easy, but not when I have to know what I should write! Yup, teachers have list with correct answers too. It's very easy to lose points e.g. I can receive one point for writing something more than is on list. But what if I wrote two things like that? I'd get a two points? No, one. I seriously prefer the old matura. It was more difficult, yes, but they were checking your thinking, knowledge and skills not if you can read in examiners' mind.
I won't stop saying that matura from Polish is just a test to see if teenagers are like sheeps and if Polish educational system destroyed in them logical thinking and individualism.
I sent to
xiaa my fic for
proj_ff7xmas so I can focus on recording "Decorum" and writing a fanfiction for Bleach contest on dA: Grimmjow/Ichigo, prompt: Christmas. It will be fun xD
I don't know when - because I can hardly find time to sleep and eat properly - but I finally caught up with anime&manga "Fullmetal Alchemist". I love this series, truly love <3 And Roy/Ed (but not shota, thank you very much) <3 Maes/Ed (just don't ask why) and Havoc/Ed are great too <3

Okay, so now I'm going to sleep.
Goodnight everyone!
