What it means, Brother? It means that a negative effect has already taken place, as you can clearly see. Now it's just a matter of whether it will worsen or not.

So what is your opinion about it?

I can understand some peoples concerns. The last time that something like this happened, we were moved to a different compound. I'm not sure what is going to happen this time, but I'm sure it won't be that bad.

Ah, I see. Still, there is a difference between panicking and precaution. After all, a premonition may be in regards to a variety of matters - from something as trivial as losing something, to a matter as important as another's death. Regardless, I suppose everyone's reactions are relatively understandable.

True...although, even then, you should remain calm. The slightest moment you let something unnerve you, the worst can happen.
