There can be some cases where a shot of heroin can be a good thing. Like you have nothing else around and you need a leg amputated... But that's using the drug as a medicine. Abusing any drug, and I include alcohol and caffeine here, is a stupid thing. It's all a downward spiral that too many get locked into.

On the other hand it can make for a powerful picture... Look at the reaction it stirred in you.
