Punk and revelations

YES! A one week break ahead!

Exams over, one prob. failed, one passed.
But who cares.

We went to see Lapko's acoustic gig last night.
It's a part of Lost in Music, a showcasing music
festival. Anyways, the place was filled with people,
could only catch half a set. Still, it was beautiful
and a little crazy.

Across the street is this rock place, and we heard
there were some punk bands playing that night.
So naturally I wanted to go there.

By the time we got there, the second band, Manifesto
Jukebox, was already playing. They sounded pretty decent.
Wish I'd seen their whole gig.

Main act of the night was Endstand. I've heard some of
their music, my old friend loved them but that was like
four years ago. They released a new record some time ago
and I've heard a lot of positive things about it.

They were really great, especially live, just amazing.
I listen to many types of music, and couple last years
it's been mostly indie, emo, rock etc. But really,
the feeling in a punk gig? One of the best things in
the world! You could see how much they loved what they
do. That it's worth the time and effort,
just to get to play.

I have a lot of respect to people who know what they
want to do and do it despite all the shit people might
throw at them.

Walking home, we talked about how much I want to work
with music. At a club, selling merch, records, whatever.
It's what I love with everything in me. Only thing.

My eyes are a lovely shade of red, I'm ridiculously tired
but at the same time, I couldn't be more happier.
Funny.
