I just wanted to let you know that I've contacted Remus about our plans. I wanted to make sure he supported us because Percy the Prat convinced me we're going to cause trouble. After all, it's his life we're trying to change. He thinks that we're potentially ruining our reputations; I've explained that I'm not after being popular. I hope you feel similarly.
And how have you been? We didn't really get a chance to talk before. About us, I mean. Merlin, not us us, like a couple us! About ourselves, I mean. I haven't seen you in ages, you blow into town and only talk to me about the problems with our government? I miss our friendship. These days I feel closer to your father-figure Remus than I do to you.
Could we maybe get a butterbeer together sometime? Just as friends, I mean. I'd like to hear about your travels.
