You have no idea how happy I was when I saw that I'm not the only one that gets randomly nice to strangers who aren't worth it...Stephan haunts me no more.

what's faith on?

I know I just talked to you on the phone, but... firealex November 11 2010, 22:33:31 UTC
Oh no, Stephan still haunts me. I should think of him every time I meet someone new, like a reminder not to be friendly because bad things come from it. =P

When I find out the name, I'll let you know.

I have that issue with being nice to strangers that totally don't deserve it, and it really blows.
Your poor dog, what are the pills for if you don't mind me asking.
I hope you aren't getting sick either!

I know! I wish I was a better judge of character, or that people didn't take friendliness from a stranger as a sign that you're interested. But we started talking about football! That didn't scream sleazebag to me.

It turns out that she has a thyroid disorder, which I guess makes sense since we originally took her in because she has these lumps on her side(turned out to be harmless fat deposits, but at least with the medicine they should stop growing or grow more slowly). But this is the first dog I've had that needed regular medication for anything.

Thank you! I'm trying to rest and fight it off so I don't progress from sniffly to full-blown sick... we'll see if it works.

Some people are just weird. I'm always nice to everyone I meet, but sometimes they take my niceness the wrong way, its annoying.

Aww I'm sure she'll be ok. My dog takes daily meds for her stomach and we've never had a problem with it before.

It is annoying! Because then I second-guess myself, wondering if I was being too friendly, or hinting at something, without even noticing it.

Thanks, Krys. I'm glad your dog's okay on meds, too. What kind of dog do you have?
