Well, hello.
Nice to meet you.

And I haven't seen Thom dance live, but I've seen concert footage and, to be honest, the whole band dances very... gayly. But, hey, the band's brilliant and that's really all that matters. If their albums keep getting this much more amazing than the previous ones, they might even be able to vie for competition with Trent.
