Hugging: Fine. If you're not someone he's close to he'll be flustered.
Kissing: Fine, but he'll try to shove you away and be incredibly flustered about it in most cases.
Flirting: Fine, though he'll either miss it or just get flustered.
Fighting: Fine. Iceland is a country, although one who has mostly attempted to stay out of conflict. Still, he is capable of defending himself. He's not that familiar with guns, as he has no standing army, but he does have a great deal of skill with an atgeir.
Injury: Minor injuries are fine, but please ask before inflicting any serious injuries, injuries that would require a death to fix, etc.
Death: Please ask first.
Telepathy/Mind Reading: Fine. Iceland has no resistance to such things. He does have about 1100 years of memories, though, so that might give you a headache. Make sure to mention your character is using mind reading, though, so I can include more of Iceland's thoughts.
