It seems we've encountered quite the predicament. My comrades, our dear friend Mark has returned from the clutches of the Malnosso. However, whether intentionally or accidental, he has been deposited in the desert by those fiends, quite a ways away from the village. If he is to survive, we must organize a small rescue party and make our way to his ( Read more... )

Hey, you! You better make sure he's safe by the time he comes back if you know what's good for you!

Of course. I certainly would not leave a dear friend like Mark to die if I could at all prevent it.

Good! Now that's settled, who might I be talking to? After all, it's nice to be friends with others...especially if they know Hat!

I am Eliwood.

I was just about to suggest something similar. We need to determine the most effective way of retrieving him, as well as ensuring his survival. If someone who has more speed can be sent out to find him and ascertain his condition -- bringing of course with them the proper supplies -- then the rest of us involved can make our way there with less worry, as well as tend to him.

Knowing Mark, his condition is probably far more serious than he is letting on.

Yes. Having a runner, of sorts, to make their way to Mark quickly and ascertain his condition would be the best course of action. Someone quick on their feet, or mounted. Perhaps even someone capable of flight?

Yes, unfortunately, Mark has been rather known to mask his true feelings for the sake of others.

We seem to have a few possibilities. I'm not sure how fast a mount can go in this terrain, though if someone capable of flight were willing to offer their assistance in this matter, then they should go as quickly as they can.

Indeed.

Would you happen to know someone capable of flight, then? If we can rally them to provide their assistance...

There are people here who can fly. Do you know who they are?

I've heard of a few in passing, but I'm afraid I'm not acquainted with them.

I believe you will have a good majority of the village's cooperation for this endeavor. If you need supplies, there are still readied packs available in the store closest to the sinkhole.

Having supplies readily available would be a great asset to have in this matter.

Thank you for informing me.
