Ahh... I suppose it does, in a way, though I dared not get too close to the odd facility, in fear of provoking that guardian.

I... ordered its construction, actually. I had meant to announce it more fully once I got the second part of the guide out, but I suppose I should do that sooner now.

According to Mark, who commissioned its construction... It's meant to serve as a barracks and training facility.

The decision to not mention anything about this facility baffles me as well.

The building doesn't appear to be a recent construction, either.

When I was seven years old, I met my dear friend Hector, and we swore a blood oath to always protect one another. When I was twelve years old, he and I agreed to spar with each other once every two months, to ensure we could uphold that oath.
