It's like... being told by your BFF that you're not worth it. ;_;

Wait. What. I saw references to this on the APH community, but I didn't know it was real.

Apparently UK wants out of the "special relationship".

D8 I... I think that's a load of BS. Sorry, BBC. I normally love you, I swear. They just don't like the terms "special relationship" because it may damage their relationship with other countries, but, ( Read more... )

...My mom calls Chloe my "special friend" sometimes. ._. GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY.

Anyway. That is kind of sad. I ♥ the UK. They have way better people there than we do.

LOL. What. xDDD; That's... kinda weird.

Yeah. :< I don't know if it's official, there's a line in there talking about how the idea was vetoed down, but the first half of the article makes it sound official... I have no idea. :/

British people are funky. XD I love 'em.

IDK It's like the Christian code for "gay, but I disapprove."

Well, that's fucked up. If they piss us off, we'll just kick their asses until daddy loves us again.

8D They are. Strange but awesome senses of humor. ♥

. . . What. XD LOL.

Hahahaha Daddy. Well, admittedly, we are kind of in the "crazy college son" phase, so I can see why they're annoyed... but WE KNOW THEY LOVE US ANYWAYS. :<

And funny ways of walking. *SHOT*

I kinda agree with the beginning in that it mostly refers to our history. Plus having had a lot of english tourists, I can say they still see it that way as we're related countries.

*nod* Yeah. :/ I think they're just in denial since America isn't very popular atm, lol. Just because a relationship doesn't have a name doesn't mean it's not there. XD

Plus, I don't know what they're worried about. :/ I don't think any of the other countries care about the special relationship outside of the US and UK.

Hahaha, yep.

Added bonus: said tourists tend to also not give a shit about our revolution, but think it's interesting bits of history.

Hahaha figures. XD It's unfortunate that we're such a young country. I feel like Europeans must be bored when they come over, we don't have anything else to offer them.
