[There's a tattooed man (you can tell because the shirt is always opened) wandering around Luceti and while that's hardly strange, he keeps looking up to the sky and whistling something. They look like big ridiculous parrots, have an annoying call and always point south.

Eh, I'm not covering up Pops' mark for anything. Besides, any marine from my world would know me on sight and I'd take them all on anyway. [And so his ego shows...] I just thought I might be able to get away with it here for awhile since I'm without most of my crew and ship. Are people here used to pirates then or are there just enough of them around?

I haven't met any pirates myself, but the people here seem to be overly accepting, so it could be anything. Have you heard the saying, "An enemy of my enemy is my friend?" I would say it holds well here.
