Glad to know things are all right in your world. :)
We've been doing well. I still work at Best Buy and Chris just got a job with the cable company, Time Warner, doing tech support. So he's very much past the health problems we were struggling with a year ago, thank goodness.
I am around but not updating very much cause not many people read it anyway so I dont bother really. I still read flist though and check all my communities.
I'm around--glad to hear that Maisy Jo is doing so well, and don't worry--Connor will be running you ragged in no time!
It's the middle of our school semester here--week after this is spring break (thank you, God) so I'm really busy trying to get things in place for a paper I have to write. . .for a change, I'm trying to start early.
We've just begun Lent here, so I'm starting an exercise program called "Walking with Jesus"--the idea is to do an extra 2000 steps/day, lose 100 calories/day from eating and have 3 servings of low-fat dairy. The walking and cutting calories--ok; the low-fat dairy, not so much, but we'll see.
What kind of cake are you making for Connor--in the shape of a character, or plain round? And what kind of cake--chocolate, yellow, etc.? Good luck--I love to bake, and I'm sure you'll do fine.
Hey Mandygryffwitch37February 26 2007, 01:31:02 UTC
Good to know that the babies are doing well. Well, with a new job coming and hoping for a new house before the end of the year.....things are looking up for us.....
Good luck with that cake....i'm sure they will all love it no matter what....
I'm planning to do some kind of character cake for Connor but I haven't decided what yet. I'll probably just do a plain sponge cake - don't want to be too ambitious!
Joe's loving his job. We don't see him much when he's working but he often gets 3-4 days off in a row so he makes up for it then.
It's great to hear from you, V. Thanks for replying.
