As long as they aren't the neighbors from The Burbs, You'll be alright. That reminds me of those neighbors at Drew's that was walking all in my neon-pink vomit from the night before in her flip flops. That was timeless.

Take your time moving in - shit may seem overwhelming, but make a plan and stick to it.
