Work has been getting increasingly stressful. We have a worker leaving (which is acutally for the best) which makes already horrible case loads even worse as we need to divey up her clints between the other three. They are incredibly competant and hard workers but this is ridiculous. I am doing my best to divert other cases and lighten the load but
