Negative energy

So, I've made the decision to find another job. I don't really need to leave, but I'm so tired of the people I work with and the amount of negativity in the office. I'm scared to go - but I think it will be good for me. There is no where to go for me at work, so I certainly can't stay there forever...

What to do???
