Hmm. He does have a way with mushrooms. That one doesn't really have a recipe - it's kinda make it up as you go along. It involves butter, mushrooms, garlic, tabasco, soy sauce and black pepper, mostly. For non-veggies, also worcestershire sauce. The main thing is to heat the butter up to the point that the mushrooms squeak when you stir them in, and then give them a nice long, slow cook. Oh - and add pimenton, if you want them smoky.
