Welcome to my world, Leah. I suggest: V-neck tops, steer clear of buttons (unless you can find a blazer that fits both bust and waist - a quest but worth it), don't wear stripes going round...
I got to this post through Caile. Welcome to MY world as well!
I find that Cotton Ginny, of all places (and yes, I am under 40) has some good blouses that button up over the chest. I got a nice hot pink blouse there that doesn't have The Boob Gap.
For work, I am becoming really in favour of the golf shirt. It's neat-looking, comfortable, no need to iron, and has a collar. I get mine at the Gap, Ricki's, etc. etc.
I tend to steer clear of ribbing and turtlenecks, as I find they make the big boobs look matronly.
Another neck I find really flattering (in addition to the V) is a wide scoop, or ballet, neck. Makes skinny gals look like toothpicks, makes me look like a hot graceful mama.
