Hello my FE people~

My buddy and I did a Shinon+Rolf cosplay photoshoot today outside, shooting arrows at awesome things like small plastic trash cans and patches of grass

These shots are awesome. I like the Shinon-in-a-tree one. Were you going for the scene from the game? Because it looks really good. I also like the dramatic angle one on you(er- Rolf). The costumes are just really well put together, even if the wig reminds me a bit of Lowen... XD

We were going to act out the cutscene, but I had a bunch of safety pins involved in keeping that belt thing down and it was basically impossible to climb a tree. i tried though, ah fuck

Those are some nice costumes, and the addition of the tree is awesome. You chose a lot of interesting poses and I like those shots. :D

... Though Shinon's draw looks really short. :O

hmm. maybe Shinon's trying to make Rolf feel better about himself, ja? XD

but really, i think it's because Marth has always shot bows more traditionally (more simplistic bows held at 45°, etc.) and I learned from a modern coach, so we look differeennnntt, blah

Thank you! It's up in north Austin in our friend's gigantic backyard area, kinda out in the country a ways. Long drive, but worth it!

We wanted to take a lot more, but it started to thunderstorm :/

These are amazing! I love how you guys really brought out the "Fire Emblem comes to life" feel with the background and shots planned. I kind of imagined Shinon with a bigger bow though? What he's holding looks like a toy ^^;

Ja, but he made that bow himself, which is pretty damn awesome. And it actually shoots farther than my real bow whaaaaaat
