i found out some things about burning and that's starting to freak me out. so i don't really want to burn anymore. besides it makes me jump every time i hold the flame to my skin. i don't know what else to do though. i need some type of release. i get so stressed and angry and depressed. sometimes all at once. someone please try to help me. if you ( Read more... )

do you run? you should try it, its what i turned to, that or dancing, writing songs/poetry, em, playing a team sport, like basket ball or beach volly ball, also, kerate or judo or tie chi, one of thoes self defende thigies, screeming at the top of you voice for as long as you can help aswell!

i've been lookin for websites...they have um....very um...graphic pictures....but i agree with what the other pups in here say, exercise, sumthin to keep yer mind off of it...even if you don't feel like it you gotta go do it anyway...for the muffins....
