Today was good. This morning i took a self defense course, which turned out to be suprisingly inspiring and educational. About halfway through the course, we were doing scenarios where a guy in a whole bunch of big bulky padding attacks you and youre supposed to defend yourself, and I realized that it was the first time in my life that i remember
