Europa!

Ever since I was a little girl I've wanted to go to Europe. I wanted to see the stomping grounds of Jane Austen, the Bronte sisters, Shakespeare, and other authors I admired. I've only been to Italy, but I absolutely LOVED it. If you get a chance, check out Cinque Terre. You can hike between the 5 coastal towns, or you can take a train between them (but the total hike is something like 9 miles, so not too bad, especially if you rest in the towns).

I'll be in London and Paris for a few days each in early 2008. If I get to see/do something cool, I'll let you know. We're doing the Jack the Ripper tour (fairly cheap), but that's all we have planned.

That is so amazing! You're going to have such a good time. My vote is for Greece, its so close to Italy and you can take an overnight ferry (which is like a mini-cruise, seriously), and it's sooooo beautiful! Athens isn't worth much time, just lots of history, but so are the islands which make you feel like your in a movie!
