i would say maybe catch her eye...or try to tell if she is looking at you. exchange a glance and see how it goes. maybe she'll smile, then you can say hello.

seeing people in real life you "know" from seeing naked on the internet is awesome!

the proper etiquette is to call all your friends with gym memberships and get 'em down there, then go to a computer afterwards and look at her naked photos.
