Change / growing up

Life has its ups and downs. The good thing is, providing there's constant attempts of change, there isn't anywhere else to go when at a low but back up. To be optimistic at the moment, let's not consider the adage what goes up, must come down. The point is that there are generally ups to match the downs when I'm feeling the most miserable
