It was after the party that the missing were discovered to be missing, if I have my facts correct. And then when they were found ...

... when I found my friend, he was hurting. Badly. Not physically, but emotionally. He was dressed in different clothing than he had before, and ...

He kept trying to take my boyfriend and I both somewhere. When we told him that safety was in the other direction, he started to assume that we resented him. It was a little scary ... I admit to not knowing him very well, but in all the time I have known him, he's never acted like that.

Shing is fine. He reacted about as well as I did when I told him what was going on with Vatheon, but I know him well enough to know that he's going to take the situation and make the best of it. And if he doesn't, I'll kick him. That always seems to do the trick.
