Icon for right now. I'm actually working on some icon for other LJ contests. *sigh* lol but I'm lacking any real motivation today :-\ Anywho this was one icon I was fooling around with. I have the same picture for another icon but I didn't like how I altered the coloer , sooo I won't post it

I just wanted to take a few minutes away from my homework (meep deadlines) to say that your icons have really come a long way (nice texture, colour, seen some of your type too) and I hope to see you participate in some icontests soon. I think you're a member of a few of the ones I'm in ^^

Just some advice: borders are your friend. They really help make an icon stand out, whether it's just a plain 1px border, or thicker, or one faded a bit to blend, or one made with brushes. They would really add to your lovely icons.

Yes yes I am a member of a few that you are apart of :). Thank your for your comments on my icon. I knew I was forgetting something.. a border. When I first started workingon the icon I had one but I didn't think it fit with the end result. I wil keep borders in mind though because you are so very right. I seen tons of great icons out ther with very nice borders!
