I kept thinking while reading that in a perfect world, this fic would somehow be turned into a Studio Ghibli movie and then the tears of joy people would shed while watching would drown the world and clean it until there's only beauty and music and this. Yep.

And aaaaaah I'm so pleased you didn't think the end was sad! I wrote this story because I wanted to do something fluffy, and the original story always makes me so happy. But after I'd claimed the picture and was plotting out different chapters, I stopped and was like, "Oh shit. Did I honestly just commit myself to a happy story that is going to end in major character death??" Then I beat my head against a wall for a minute until I just gave up and decided to go with it haha.

Ignore my babbling, this was amazing! SO beautifully written and truly unlike anything I've ever read. I loved the interesting weather lore, especially the part about needing water and wind to make life on the planet. And of course water Blaine would want to try being a human, of course.
My favorite part was him seeing Kurt naked. Eek! :)
This is the ONLY type of character death fic I will read, those with very happy endings, and I'm so glad I read this one! Recommending this to everyone I know! xo

Ultimately it didn't fit into the story, but yes, I think it would be irresponsible to the written word not to assume there isn't storm sex haha.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it, despite the fact that it was death fic. Death fic is actually a pretty massive trigger for me, so I can't believe that I wrote it, but you're right. Under the exact right circumstances (for me there's only about three different scenarios), I can handle reading them (and apparently writing them).
