Oh. My. God. WHY DO I ALWAYS DATE SELFISH FUCKING ANTISOCIAL IDIOTS?!?!

Poor Alex is so busy with work. He's so depressed that his grandpa back in Russia died two weeks ago. In fact, he's so busy that he's been able to go snowboarding TWICE in the past week. TWICE!! I can think of much better ways to make use of one's time such as oh, I don't ( Read more... )

Butt ups (essentially you lie on your back, knees up supporting you, arms at your sides, and hump the air. Do 16 with your knees together, 16 knees apart, do ten sets where you start with your knees apart take four counts to lift your butt up, four counts bringing just your knees together, four counts to back out, lift as high as you can on 1, take 2-4 to go down. then another set of 16 with your knees apart. you feel the burn baby) and crunches (a whole sequence. 16 each, knees normal, dropped to one side, dropped to the other, butterfly, legs crossed and bent (toes pointed), legs crossed and up (toes pointed), legs in up in a v, down and apart, flat) do miracles. (Under my fat, my muscles are so fucking fantastic.)

And this is one of the few times I will say this, but skip. Get your butt to a bus depot (if you can get a ride to Baltimore, hop the Chinatown bus) get up there, go to your show, spend the night at a hostel (good company) which is fun and affordable (31 for a bed), then either leave early morning if you would make it ( ... )

Monday: 9:10-10:10 am
Tuesday: 10:00-11:30 am, 1:20-6:00 pm, 7:00-10:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:10-10:10 am
Thursday: 10:00-11:30 am, 1:20-6:00 pm
Friday: 9:10-10:10 am, 1:50-4:50 pm

Monday Tickets are sold out, but Tuesday tickets are still on sale. I feel really bad about missing classes, as I'm trying very hard to keep my grades up this semester.
