Do to personal events I will be away from the office and will now be back until next week Thursday. Due to this I will be unable to keep out appointment on tomorrow as scheduled. If you’d like to reschedule for a later time please contact my secretary and we’ll meet at the next available date.

I do hope that everything works it self out. though normally I’d take my business else where I fell that, because I’ve worked for and with you before, there is no other company that will met my standard I’d like to re schedule our appointment for the Wednesday after you come back. The same time and place of our original meeting. I highly appreciate if next time you simply send one of your associates instead of having me rearrange my, very busy, schedule for your convenience.
