Maintaining a house inside and out, keeping up a garden and yard, cooking, and cleaning create a lot of work for one person. Frankly, I think doing half of it would still be a lot of work. Perhaps I should reconsider the threesome thing...

You could get a maid and/or lawn service...Our HOA cuts most of the grass...we just have to do the back yard and the "flower" beds.
