We are trying to rent out our house in Oshawa. And thought we had tenants. They had provided a job reference for her, and a landlord reference for the both of them, which both checked out fine. (He's self-employed.) The only thing we were still waiting on was the credit check and ID, which they told us they had ready for us. So we drove two hours

This may seem like a strange question, but was her name Sarah, by any chance? (Some friends had trouble with a dodgy couple this summer.)
