Call Sam's All Pet! They are so freaking cheap. I've had a surgery done on a dog (where they had to use special anesthesia even) and it cost me 90 bucks. I had my huge german shepard spayed there for 120 bucks (that included shots and antibiotics and pain relivers) when the lowest price I got quoted anywhere else is 250 and then on up. They normally charge 5 dollars for the office fee, but I think rats are more. I think they are like 20 bucks, but still, most places charge at least 40 just for the office visit.
