double. seriously, if you hate the whole roommate thing, you can always get a single your sophomore year, or even second semester if it's that terrible.

u should get single, cuz you are an only child (well kind of, i dont think the baby really counts, cuz you basically grew up most of your life as an only child), and you will be culture shocked by living with someone else in your roo m. u'll be like what the fuck, get out of the way, this is MY room.

I don’t know if that’s the best reason for not having a roommate. If a person made every decision trying not to do new things because of 'culture shock' that person could be missing out on a bunch of cool new experiences. I think having a roommate would be cool as long as the person is cool...

i think im gonna go for a single if theyre avail. .. but if i get a double, thats cool....and if i get pushed to an apartment, thats cool too...cuz its single dorms there too, just sharing the apart. w/ 3 others...:)
