When I go to Kansas for my interview, I'm staying here in the Jasmine Room. Isn't it gorgeous? I've always wanted to stay in a B&B. Course I didn't think I'd be alone while doing it, but I'm still excited!
I know!!!! And I love the green color on the walls. I was torn between this one and the 'Chai Spice' room, but the pink bathroom in the Chai just put me off. Also this one is just so gorgeous!
Oh yeah? I look at the reviews of a place and most people rave about certain B&Bs, unlike hotels which get a lot of so-so reviews. This is my first time staying at one, but I have a feeling I'm going to like it. I like the homey-ness! So much more warmth than a hotel. I'd just stay away from the ones that look like there was an explosion of lace and doilies.
Oh, exactly. Floral wallpaper is a big no-no for me. I like the blue bathroom in the Darjeeling room, but the rest of the room isn't as pretty or put together as the others. I think the Chai (comfy chair, but pink bathroom?) and the Earl Grey (ok, this is a floral wallpaper that WORKS) are tied for 2nd for me.
Is it weird that I've put this much thought into this? Hahaha, I think you're one of the only people who could appreciate my thought process. You know how much I like nice things! Hah.
If this vet thing doesn't work out, I should totally open a B&B. I would be so good at it! Everything but the business side of things. I could totally handle the decorating, the cooking/baking, and the friendly conversation. But running a business? Yeah, not so much.

Did you look at the other pictures? All of the rooms are so well done. I could see you loving the Earl Grey room. And the Chai one looks so cozy.
The trouble is, if I love this place, it's in freaking Kansas. Hah.
