Drove up to Nipomo today, to take a look at this cute 14.2(I was told by the broker 14hh, but she's almost as tall as Blue, so 14.2 is more likely.) sorrel Arabian mare named Abbey. Suupper sweet girl. Led her around with a lead, brushed her down, messed with her feet, her face, her ears. Completely unfazed by anything I did. Tacked her up, and the ( Read more... )

Arabs can be ... well, zoomy. They're just go-go-go-go, and I'm not sure if I'm even the right kind of personality for them myself. (I like my Hayflinger and the black mare, thank you)

I begged Santa for one every year for Christmas and the turd let me down!!
