hey! you stole my mood lemons! you cant do that. lemmy lemonface is mine. he explains my unique personality...i just called myself a lemon but thats besides the point. your alien faces miss you

oh yeah to answer your question, im not really sure. some people are just dumb and dont think. please hold your comments. but this i ask you: why do we press harder on the remote buttons when the batteries are dying? pressing them harder will not somehow suck more juice out of the batteries yet we insist on doing so. so in the end i guess you can just say it all comes down to human stupidity. personally, i blame canada. but thats just me

Why would you use a drink tray if you only have two drinks? Why not carry them, especailly if there are only two, why do you think the Goddess gave you two hands? (tee hee) those damn cardboard trays are terrible for the environment. People and their insane need to make things easier... (shaking my head in wonder)

well actually that is very easily explained. as butters said in his entry, you would use the tray for when youre driving and need two hands to put on the steering wheel because driving with no hands is dangerous. then this raises the question why dont they use the cup holders in their car? there are a number of different reasons why this may not be possible. perhaps their cup holders are already being used. or maybe their cup holders are broken and dont work properly, which can result in spilled coffee, which in turn is also a bitch to get out of apoulstry if you dont clean it immediately. so starbucks has taken all of this into account, im sure, and has come up with a simple soultion and that is to give them disposeable cardboard cup holders. this keeps the customers happy and coming back for more because of the convenience and courtesy. what you do with the disposeable cardboard cup holders after you receive them, which was the initial question, is entirely up to you

Points understood. (I still think it's dumb to use those stupid drink trays.)

environmentally speaking, i agree with the use of cardboard because its more environmentally friendly than styrofoam. but i still see why they are a pain in the ass in the mobility aspect

to put my opinion in on the diagonal theory... I do that! and well I'm not sure why I do that, Usually I have food or something else in my other hand, making me us the drink tray. And placing them in a diagonal fashion, I believe, evens the weight out making it easier to juggle, especially when you have your hands full already. But if I only had two drink cups, then I would carry them with my two hands! DUH! thats what they are there for. Thats why we eventually STOOD up in life, and stopped crawling on our hands, because they are actually useful in situations like this...But those damn drink trays can be unfriendly to the environment, but I just throw mine out, should i recycle it like a newspaper?

This has absolutely nothing to do with your entry, but... sarahkate12 April 14 2005, 01:13:45 UTC
Okay so tonight we had a pop quiz in my sociology of deviant behavior class... And being a deviant myself, I obviously didn't do the reading. So instead of handing in a blank sheet of paper, I wrote down your gin and tonic joke (haha you know which one I'm talkin about)... AND I GOT 2/3 POINTS! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! My prof loved it so much he actually gave me credit. So I just had to tell you how much you rock my world. My sociology grade thanks you for being so cool. That is all.
Much love!

ok, i think i need to clarify something here. the woman had stuff (her purse, some papers, a book etc.) in her other hand, and as a result, could not get her keys from her bag. that's what inspired the thought to begin with.
