I went out to chinese tonight. It was the worst chinese ever. surreal. I sat in a section with a bunch of the employees, who sadly, were eating the same crummy food I'd paid for, but I suspect, some stuff they'd made themselves that might of been tasting better. Either way, I shall not return there

Seems to me the quality of food here is really realy good. They use better quality ingredients-- especially the beef! The Chinese places, however, are all just buffets and the food sits out for a while. The Mongolian BBqs are good though. I think on the west coast we had the advantage of fresh seafood, more fresh natural/organic stuff, and a heavy asian population that could cook authentically. ... But thank God for only having to pay $2.27 a gallon!
