The only word that comes to mind with regard that Grill is 'ornate'. I hope the food lives up to the ironwork.

Also, that last photo really deserves a caption. Based on the look of that woman, riding the L (T? M?) must the terrifying.

That's why I chose the last picture...the lady looks terrified. Or, yawning.

Carson's does have a restaurant, I think. But its mostly a Macy's/Sears/Nordstroms sized retailer. The Marshall Fields' a few doors up will be a Macy's come September. Chicago then loses a home-grown name brand landmark.
