From a television show called Crossing Jordan that was on, I think, from 2001-2006 on NBC. They show repeats now on A&E. I was never really into the show until I found bugging_nigel. It's a shame the fandom died, but it's still an amusing couple. Typical odd couple: Bug is serious and very practical, while Nigel is fun-loving and believes in aliens, vampires, etc. (Oh, and Bug is called Bug because he's an entomologist and his real name is Mahesh
