I just discovered this, and I'm very glad I did - I *love* these alternate universes, what would've happened if they had made different choices. The Chase one broke my heart, as did this line:because he is just standing there, staring at the glass walls.

Thanks! The time I wrote this, I remember people in forums bashing Chase because he betrayed House. I've always admired that he did whatever he could to keep it.

And I had to write something about the walls. For some weird reason they bothered me at first.
