aww man! thats no good. hey um hi thank you for adding me. but sleep is something that you need and but the sounds of that your thinking to much about it.
try and get use to a time which you really hope in and got to nite nite so your body gets use to it... and then you can just try the warm milk or you eat lots of food... since being full makes any1 tired.
