Well, it looks like I am the current "leader" of the local poly activity now. There is a group that has been in existence for several years, but they have gotten very quiet recently. athairn got things started by organizing a gathering off the PolyTampa list at Sacred Grounds and inviting GumbyTTL and I. I keep thinking about it - PolyCentral, that is. THEY are quite active.

2nd sunday and third wend of the month. 1500 & 1930 respectively... August will be held at the Panera Bread on Ulmerton right off 275..

I'm not poly...or mono...I think I officially qualify as "a"...asexual that is. *sigh*

I have been considering being more active in that sort of thing, though. Then I rethink it because of something that hit me like a ton of bricks recently, and actually desperately want to talk to somebody about it, but not on LJ.

Well, Gumby or I are always available. Or come on out to one of the Meetups - you can have a ot of different perspectives on the lifestyle.

I agree that getting a divorce should not get your "poly card" revoked, particularly if you truely believe in the lifestyle, regardless of how your homelife is. The belief is all that should matter.
