Wow. BIG time fail. I hope someone else at Verizon did a facepalm, turned to the techs he talked to, and went, "And WHY did we hire you, again?"

At least I know it wasn't my dad... He's an accountant by career, but right now he's doing cust. service for Verizon 'cause crap job is better than no job. Didn't stop me from snarking on him relentlessly about this, though.
