Author Note: Happy New Years! Uh, this one isn't as angsty and murderous as the other one. In fact, there is no murder involved in this one...hehe. Oh and by the way, I wrote most of this while I was hammered so I apologize if it is completely and utterly horrible.
Disclaimer: I'd be lying if I said this was true...

He was ready for this. It was now or never. He could do this. All he had to do was get on one knee, take her hand into his, look her in the eye, take out the ring and asked, "Will you marry me?"

Billions of people had done it, why couldn't he? It was a simple task. He's been waiting for this moment for five years and he knew he was ready. He had been ready his whole life, as cliché as that sounded.

Ian always had wanted to get married and have kids. It was a girly fantasy that he had always dreamed about, even as a five-year-old boy whose friends tried to convince him that all girls were infected with cooties. Eventually they figured out that wasn't the case, and everybody started sexing each other up as teenagers.

Ian had butterflies fluttering in his stomach when he waved good-bye to Anthony, who didn't look happy, to say the least. Anthony was now always cranky ever since Ian announced he was going to propose to Kylie. He had said that Ian definitely wasn't ready for marriage and neither was Kylie. Ian argued that he's been waiting his entire life for this moment. Anthony just shook his head, clearly knowing something that Ian didn't.

It's been bugging Ian for days. He's been trying to pry it out of Anthony but he wouldn't budge. It caused some arguments between the two best friends but it was nothing major. Every time the argument was getting heated, Anthony just closed his mouth and raised his hands in defeat. Ian would usually feel triumphant after winning an argument but he was just feeling really shitty.

Ian looked at himself in the mirror once more before walking through the front door. He was going miss this house and living with Anthony when Ian and Kylie move into together after the wedding. He decided he would spend more time with Anthony because they wouldn't be seeing each other as often. It was a shame really, he and Anthony were like the same person in two different bodies.

Shakily, Ian entered his blue car and drove over to Kylie's apartment building, which was located in the heart of Sacramento. She was always a party girl, to say the least. She loved being in the middle of all the commotion, the center of attention. Ian was the complete opposite, he was sort of shy and socially awkward. He only really felt comfortable around friends.

Ian checked his watch once and then got out of his car, making sure the ring was still perfect and the roses weren't damaged. It was a simple engagement ring with a big diamond incrested in it. He was going to allow Kylie to pick out the wedding ring, knowing how picky she was with jewelry. Plus, Ian wasn't much of a jewelry man himself. His sister really picked out the ring for him.

The elevator dinged and opened, signaling for Ian to get the fuck out of it. Sighing, Ian slowly walked out of it and walked down the hallway, fiddling with the blood red roses that were in hand. Mrs. Brown, Kylie's next door neighbor, waved to Ian and Ian waved back. Mrs. Brown was such a nice, friendly old woman who always offered cookies to Ian and was a great talker. She was like a second mother to Ian, really.

Ian entered Kylie's apartment with the key she gave him and set the roses down on the granite counter top. Ian was still hyperventilating, completely shaking and was about to piss his pants. This was the moment he was waiting for for his entire life. And then he heard a familiar moan.

Ian's head tilted to the side curiously, wondering why someone moaned. And that moan sounded awfully like Kylie's moans. Ian blinked and then walked into her bedroom and was completely disturbed by the sight. A random dude was knuckle-deep in his girlfriend. Seriously dude, what the fuck?

"What the fuck is going on in here?" Ian screeched, trying not to flinch at the sound of his own, pathetic voice.

Kylie immediately stopped moaning and looked up, wide-eyed. She knew from the look in Ian's eyes that it was over. After six years of being together, it was finally over.

"Ian, baby-" Kylie started to say wiggling her way out from under the stranger.

"Shut the fuck up Kylie, I don't want to hear it," Ian interrupted, angry tears dripping from his eyes.

Kylie tried to put a hand on Ian's shoulder but he shook her off. He took a deep breath and tried to calm down before whispering, "How long?"

She looked at him in confusion. "What, babe?" she asked, confused.

"How long?" Ian repeated, his voice booming.

Kylie looked down at the carpet, her own tears streaming down her face. "Three months," she whispered.

Ian just shook his head, hands rubbing his face in distress. "Fuck you," he said and then tore out of her bedroom, grabbing his discarded hoodie and dumped the roses in the garbage on his way out.

"Ian, baby, wait..." Kylie ran out of her bedroom, completely naked, looking pathetic.

Ian flipped her off and then slammed the apartment door shut. Running out of the building, Ian made it to his car. And in his blue car, he broke down. He need he was a mess and he needed right now was Anthony, the person who had stuck by him for more than a decade.

Ian drove home a wreck, trying not to kill himself in a car crash. He really just wanted to crawl into bed right now with Anthony and possibly die there. At least he would die peacefully, with Anthony there. Finally, he had pulled onto a familiar street and parked his car in the garage. He quickly scrambled out of his car and into the house.

"Ian? You're home already?" Anthony called from the computer room.

Ian stayed silent and ran into the computer room. Anthony was editing the latest Lunchtime with Smosh when he turned his chair and saw Ian staying in front of his, eyes puffy and red, hair sticking up in peculiar places, clothes all messed up and had tear stains on them, in short, Ian looked like a completely wreck.

"Ian..." his name tumbled out of Anthony mouth before resumed his previous sobbing.

Anthony took Ian into his arms and stroked his hair gently. Ian cried even harder, fisting Anthony's t-shirt.

"She's been fucking cheating on me for three months," Ian quivered, despite the roughness in his voice. "I caught her, Ant. She was moaning so fucking loudly."

Ian continued to cry angrily. "I-I thought she said she loved me," Ian whispered more to himself than Anthony.

Anthony stroked Ian back and told him it was okay. Ian just shook his head and buried his face in Anthony's chest.

"I was this close to fucking proposing to her, man," Ian bawled, his voice muffled by the fabric of Anthony's shirt.

"Ian," Anthony said weakly.

Ian lifted his head slightly, eye-level with Anthony. "Yeah Ant?" Ian responded.

Anthony downcasted his eyes for a moment but then dived in and kiss Ian hungrily. Ian was completely appalled but kissed back anyway. The taste of Anthony was so delicious, something that he never had experienced before. He was intoxicated by his scent and his taste, shoving his tongue into Anthony's mouth.

Once Ian's tongue was fully in his mouth, Anthony's eyes snapped open and he pushed Ian away.

"Oh my god, what the fuck did I just do?!" Anthony yelled, jumping up and started to pace back and forth. "You're still fucking getting over Kylie, I'm a fucking idiot, we're best friends...What the hell just happened?!"

Anthony's started to speed up and pace back and forth quickly. Ian was still dumbstruck but then snapped out of it.

"Anthony, calm down man," Ian commanded, his hands on Anthony's shoulders, making him stop his pacing.

"I can't, Ian!" Anthony yelled in his face. "I fucking can't! I just kissed you, Ian! And now I want more! Just...I'm in fucking love with you and you just found out your girlfriend has been cheating on you for the past three month, not to mention the fact that you were going to fucking propose to her and-" Anthony stopped his rant when he saw the shocked look on Ian's face. "What?!"

Ian just stood there, staring at Anthony with wide eyes. "You're in l-love with me?!" Ian squeaked.

Anthony's eyes widened. "Shit shit shit! Fuck!" Anthony yelled.

"Ant-" Ian started to say but was cut off by Anthony's hand.

Anthony started to maneuver around Ian but Ian wouldn't let him. Instead, Ian crushed his lips into Anthony's. "I love you too, dickhead. Now fucking kiss me," Ian giggled.

Anthony quirked an eyebrow. "But you're not over Kylie yet. I'd just been a rebound," Anthony said.

"Kylie can go fuck herself," Ian murmured and then kissed Anthony hungrily, like Anthony had done before.

Anthony wasn't one to protest a good thing so he went along with it, allowing Ian to undress him. Life was good at that moment, for Anthony Padilla.
