Describe yourself: I'm very honest, always say what I think and sometimes I'm brutally honest and I can hurt people's feelings without meaning to. I think I'm very determined. When I set my mind on something I usually get it, because I see nothing but my goal and I'm not satisfied until it's done and failure is not an option. I'm confident but not arrogant. I normally don't compare myself to other people and I follow my path without worrying too much about other people's opinions.
