[Madara just happens to be skulking past Hashirama's office for some reason not stalking or prying or anything suspicious like that, oh no when he notices that it appears to be full of some plants that look very suspiciously suspicious, so he stops and inches closer to the edge of the door frame to get a better look. Hashirama can probably see him if he's paying attention, this being an AU and all Madara's ninja skills are not what they may have been in past lives/with the appropriate training.]

Iruka steps past Hashiramas office, hurrying along his usual way when he catches a whiff of strange smelling smoke eminating from the doorway. Stopping in his tracks, he thought he would investigate and make sure that the school wasn't burning down or something.]
