☓ Name: Shiba Kuukaku

☓ Age: At least a hundred years old (dead)
☓ Personality: Kuukaku is an ill-tempered woman, to say the least. Despite her revealing attire she is in no way dainty; though those who think she is would probably get a broken nose. She has limited patience for those who don't do what they're told when asked, or mess about, and won't hesitate to use brute force to make them listen. She has put the fear into her younger brother Ganju and his gang of friends, who continue to goof around and build up a gang reputation in the Western Rukongai district, and the consequences of them missing their curfew or not cooking dinner on time are seen as worse than death. Another of the many victims of her temper was Rukia. Despite forgiven, she continued to apologize for being responsible for her older brother Kaien's death and ended up being punched in the face. She nearly earned another punch for automatically apologizing for apologizing too much despite Kuukaku told her to quit it.
She also demands respect being the new head of the Shiba Clan since her elder brother was killed. Insults, stupid behavior and the breaking of her pipe are not tolerated by her and will be punished by her fists or a fire kido spell. Ichigo unfortunately learned that the hard way when he continued his fight with Ganju in the basement sitting room, ending up breaking her smoking pipe when she was using it and nearly got blasted out of the house from a kido spell that caused more damage than the actual fight. She won't tolerate anything, especially in regards to her brother's actions, tarnish the Shiba family name any fruther. It once was among the highly esteemed noble families with the Shinigami and since her brother's death it has fallen from that status but that's no excuse. She is proud of her family name and makes sure others know it whether through her eccentric decorations in front of her house or through her fireworks skills.
Kuukaku does value her few close friends and family, as she sometimes hosts dinners--with her brother and his friends cooking--in certain circumstances she will forgive those who did her wrong if they come to apologize themselves and she's not so bad once some get to know her. Until they get on her bad side of Rukongai's Number One Fireworks Maker.
☓ Abilities: Since having a high level of spiritual power, Kuukaku is able to use kido, demon arts used by the Shinigami (Death Gods) in the Gotei 13, even though she herself isn't one of them. Also she has knowledge with fireworks so she can make her own either for show or to use as weapons. Her weapon seems to be a broken katana that she keeps strapped to her arm but she's only used it during the firing sequence of the fireworks canon she made.
She also has the ability to make devices to help center spiritual power for practical use. One in particular was the Spirit-Gathering Core that helped train the user to focus their spiritual power into a sphere that provided some protection for them... while being shot from a canon.
☓ Weaknesses: Though she doesn't show it most of the time Kuukaku does care for what family she has left. Her elder brother and former head of the Shiba clan, Kaien, died in the line of duty as a Shinigami. Her younger brother Ganju gets treated harshly by her, mostly by his own fault for doing irresponsible things, but she did worry when he went off to fight alongside Ichigo in the Seireitei. If he died then she would be the last of her clan left, save for the servants that stayed behind.
She has lost one of her arms and currently has a prosthetic in its place.
Her temper hasn't gotten her into too much trouble as mostly those she has met have either respected her or feared her. And if they haven't they learn quickly enough.
☓ Strengths: Physically Kuukaku is quite strong, her temper and spiritual power definitely having an impact on what damage she causes. She has a keen insight for situations that require her participation and won't jump into situations head first as her younger brother often does. That being said she isn't one to stray from a little danger if she's involved.

Is this someone's idea of a joke? Where the hell did my fireworks platform go?! And where the hell is that dumbass Ganju?! Oi, you little shithead, if you ran off somewhere to hide instead of do the training I told you to do I'll kick your ass!
[Kuukaku's scowl deepens, not even sure if the device she was using was even working. Hell, she didn't even know what it was but something seemed to happen when she played around with it.]
I want some answers and I won't put up with any bullshit so you better be straight with me. If you're not going to don't bother wasting my damned time; I don't have the patience for any of you shitheads screwing around!

Standing on the edge of the Fireworks Platform, Kuukaku watched as her brother ran back and forth across it, polishing the newly swept floor. He had screwed up big time. All she had asked him to do was the shopping for the week and he had gone and gotten himself in a fight, rode back on his stupid dumbass boar and the damned thing had trampled all over her prized canon platform. The floor of it was dirty, scratched and ruined by the hooves of her brother’s pet and he was responsible for it. He was such a careless brat sometimes. She wondered if he was actually incapable of following orders, constantly screwing up tasks that should have been straight forward... No. He was just being a dumbass and letting his ego do the talking instead of his mouth.
Kuukaku scowled when she saw that Ganju was trying to communicate with his friends, who were hiding behind the side of the house unsuccessfully, and she began to quickly but quietly make her way over with confident strides. When she got close enough she brought up her foot and slammed it hard into the other's side, rolling her brother over.
"I didn't give you permission to talk, you dumbass!" She barked, her pipe forgotten and smoking in her hand, and stepped on Ganju's stomach, grinding her bare heel down. "You keep this shit up and you're sleeping outside with your goddamn pig without any dinner! You got that?!"
After hearing Ganju's stumbling apologies and giving him a final warning glare, Kuukaku turned and walked back to the place she was standing but didn't turn around when she stopped. She could hear his running steps as he worked double-time to make up for his moment of weakness and that satisfied her for the moment.
He'd learn his lesson. He'd learn or she'd beat it into him if that's what it took. No one messed with her inventions.
