[You can see him sitting in a chair in front of a desk, studying maps, letters addressed to "James Chen, British Crown Colony of Hong Kong" and books that are spread all over the table. I don't have Japanese servants. The mansion probably did the best it could for you, James Chen, British Crown Colony of Hong Kong. Besides wouldn't it remind you of People's Republic of China?

[Haru is wearing a beautiful but very subtle dark grey kimono with a pattern that cannot be seen in this quality.]

The clothes which have been chosen for you are quite becoming. However I miss the sleeves.

It would remind me of him, but this is the same as it was in The United Kingdom of Britain and Northern Ireland, Arthur Kirkland'S house. Even the clothes are the same.

My pyjamas got replaced by a British nightgown, too.

Those clothes are rather stiff and uncomfortable. Why do you miss the sleeves?

Change is interesting~ However you seem happier in something similar to your other father's.

Would you like to accompany me to the Ball later this week?

Yes. They remind me of my childhood and family.

[He goes over to the bed]

All of them, except for Japan, Honda Kiku, have long sleeves.

That would be nice. I have never before gone to a ball with someone who wasn't just a person that my father had told to take care of me, or him himself.

I can hardly imagine that the mansion wouldn't have been able to grant them the ability to speak Chinese, or a Asian appearance.

Why would the servants be Chinese?

Why are they supposed to be British?

Probably because you are still tied to the United Kingdom? Mine sound American enough.

They didn't provide me with Chinese clothes, either, and the room looks even more British than before.
