finally got around to writing the second part of my little summer travels. i've been driving 2 hrs a day for practise...and god i suck. i'm a road hazard...but o well...I NEED TO DRIVE. hmm...basically to sum it up, it was a week spent in the scandanavian countries: denmark, sweden, norway, and finland.

wow were u caught in the storm today? i was! and it was frigging hilarious did u happen to see don mills & mcnicoll? there were cars drowing in the mini floods all across toronto. and alll our cell phones were dead therefore no one could call for help...haha ppl were driving on sidewalks and hten getting stuck at sidewalks! how are cell phones for emergencies when they never ever work when there are actually emergencies.

i concurr to that! i swear, cellphones never work during these times. remember the blackout? yea, almost same scenario. anyways. the meadoways...especially burnt meadoway...got flooded. so i was trapped at home while my basement flooded. went outside to fix it and was dripping wet once i got home. boo. and a car opposite my house was halfway in water...so the guys living in that house pushed the car into our drive way cuz our place was actually a bit elevated. but god...it was horrible. and our basement flooded...threw out the whole carpet and tons of things in the basement. o well...it's all good. and o yea...called winnie to ask how she was during the tornado. she was alright until i asked her about her basement. she went to check...and her basement was also semi-flooded. aye...tornadoes in canada is not a good thing.
