Character Name: Prima
Character Age:
A good few billion years. Looks wise, due to early death in the mythos, late 20s, earlyish 30's. If he'd lived til closer to present, it would have been late 40's to 50's. Age on arrival would be closer to early thirties.
Canon + Format: Transformers, Movie, comic. [Bayverse with Marvel comic and Exodus book to make it a more complete application.]
Background:
To start with, Primus, Unicron, and the Thirteen are multiversal singularities. There are many Optimus Primes, and each one is linked by a thin thread, sometimes only by a name, as is the case with Optimus Primal, and Optimus Prime, or Inverse Optimus Prime and Primal. In Prima's case, there might be many of him, but they are all him, at the core. Prima might have an inversed counter part, but it's still Prima. It's confusing, I know.
This link should help you.
Not a lot is actually known about this time, and less is known about Prima himself, so a lot of this is extrapolated based strongly on canon. As such, I can only give you what is known as best I can without sounding like I am regurgitating the wiki even though I do sound like it. Prima comes from the very start of the Cybertronian mythos. Prima's Cybertron would have been very different - indeed, it was.
Cybertron was their creator's body, Primus, and as such, they [Prima and his siblings] were created to crew/defend it. In Bayverse, the Allspark created them, not Primus directly. They were the first of the race. The First Forged, made to crew, and serve Primus, their god. Prima was the very first created, and then 12 other siblings were created, one a female as well. each of the siblings were given domain of an aspect. This in turn gave them demigod like powers. Vector Prime [Space-Time, able to manipulate it to his will.], Megatronus [Ability to control and manipulate entropy], Liege Maximo [Unknown], Nexus Prime [Guardian of rarefied energy/abilities to manipulate the very thing a Cybertronian is made of.], Alpha Trion [The archivist/keeper of the Histories the first fanfic writer XD.]. These are the known ones. And they were also the first of the race. The First Forged. With great power comes great responsibility; For a while, they were content.
This was shattered when Megatronus turned his back on them and his duty in favor of serving another - Unicron, their sworn enemy. Unicron is the god of destruction and chaos and basically Primus' anti-thesis; Where Primus is good, Unicron is evil ect ect. Before long, the Thirteen found themselves embroiled in a war that would see their ranks shattered as sibling betrayed sibling, and fought against one another. This was repeated in the universes that the Thirteen seeded themselves in, though not always in the exact same manner. All because power corrupts and Megatronus wanted more than his share. Some were killed, some outright destroyed. Prima was amongst these loses. In the Bayverse, he survived a bit longer to lead the remaining Primes into forming a tomb around the Matrix of Leadership so that it would not be found for a long time. This event happens some millions of years before present day.
However, his legacy lived on his original home - his sword, the Star Saber, was only shattered into shards. This sword was incredibly powerful - able to snuff out suns and break planets to dust. And the shards still retained the quantum edge that the blade had once held.
It was hidden via Nexus Prime who was split into five with this very quantum edge with the aid of Vector Prime, and Alpha Trion. The newborn robots then scattered across the multiverse, each to hide a piece of Prima's sword.
The remainder of Thirteen split up soon after, and eventually the Transformers came to be as we know them; A million and one verses, with pretty much the same thing happening in 99% of them: Autobots verse Decepticons.
Prima will not take sides in any conflict that is present unless asked, and even then, it would be reluctantly.
Canon Point: Death in Bayverse.
[Optional] Previous RP History: None
Personality:
What is known about Prima is that he is was a Warrior, first and foremost. Prima is the First Forged of the First forged, and a leader. If he knows of gender, it matters little. It is doubtful that in the earliest language of the Primes such distinctions were made, or if they were, they had meanings unrelated to gender as we know it. He has a courageous voice, and a commanding presence. He is noble and just, willing to sacrifice his life for the greater good, if it is truly required, and he did when he sealed the Matrix up in Bayverse.
The betrayal of Meagtronus would have cut him deeply, as would have the resulting battles against his sibling/s. Even then, he would have stood by his beliefs, and he would have, with a heavy spark, fought against Megatronus. Yet, it was required, and the murders of siblings would have hurt, deeply.
He'd have had an intense and incredible loyalty to Primus, his 'father'. Prima may had either close ties to his siblings, or simply working relationships with them. It's not shown at all, and to turn one's back on one's creator would be unforgivable in his eyes. In ROTF, Prima is shown to be resourceful and cunning, if not a determined mechoid who is willing to sacrifice his own life to put a stop to something that is very, very wrong according to their laws. For to harvest the sun of a planet with sentient life is the highest form of evil.
To flesh him out a bit more, he has compassion and grace, poise and elegance, along with a sort of regal baring that can only come from knowing that you are the first of something. To be arrogant about being a First Forged would have been tempered, but the arrogance for his skills; no, for that is rightly deserved arrogance. If he can help, he will, but he will not take the spotlight, unless absolutely necessary. Prima would unlikely get references past his death, so misinterpreting things is a go. Prima would definitely see those that came after the Thirteen as children, and would probably have patience for them, but it's not infinite, and he can and will lose his temper like anyone else. It would not be a pretty sight, and being human will only make things that much harder, as Prima has not awoken with the data as to why he is human. It will be hard, along with the loss of a connection of his father-lord-creator-god.
That being said, Prima will not seek any leadership roles. With his death, he'd know that his time to lead is up. He will still advise if asked.
His fears are unknown, but the betrayal of Megatronus would have left him hurting, so that is the biggest, as would be the loss of any more siblings.
Appearance:
Prima looks like a young,
androgynous male in his 20's. This is due to the fact that he died some million years before Present day, and some billion years before present day in his home universe. Yea, being a multiversal singularity is confusing.
Due to limited canon,
Prima has been shifted to look like a human. He has Asian looks, and from a glance, it's impossible to tell the gender, and one might mistake him as female. Not that Prima will care, because what is gender, other than a slight frame variation? On second look, it's still the same.
His eyes are silver-white and do, at times, appear to glow silver; his hair is blonde/silver. He's a fit, active male, though his body is riddled with scares. The most notable being on the left shoulder and above the navel. Prima dresses to hide them not out of shame, but because he'd rather questions not be asked. His dress code is somewhat old fashioned, and somewhat steampunk. The jacket is tailored, sleeveless and latches latches up at the front, similar to Chinese style and it is white with silver embroidery. The jacket has a standing collar and is knee-length, but only does up from the waist. On either side and the back, there is a slit to the hip.The shirt underneath is white and long sleeved, the fabric light and sleeves resembling a poets shirt. His pants are loose fitting, but not baggy, and white as well.
Prima would not wear shoes if given the choice, but he comes with silver Romanesque sandals. Around his left foot is an anklet with a Matrix charm. Winter will see him with a large coat that had silver fractal patterns and white boots.
Abilities:
Derp. Prima has the potential to be a godmody type, so... I've done my best.
In essence, Prima is a demi-godling, or near enough, and as per game rules, will have to work at getting them back. Prima is the Warrior of Light, wielder of the Star Saber. Now, as we have no idea what the frag Hasbro mean when they say Warrior of Light, I'm going to assume that it means Prima can control/create Light.
Basically, he has control over most forms of light, and in the game, this will mean what he himself creates unless otherwise OK'd by the mods. He can shape, cast, manipulate it to his will. He is able to make any form of light, provided he knows what it ' feels' like [Basically - how it's made]. For example, if he were to created hardlight, he would have to know how it's made, but he would not be able to replicate it with only that. For every type of light he creates, he must spend some time observing it as well. The time frame would vary. Simple coloured and ambient would only be a day, hardlight would be up a week, more. This only applies to studying it, it does not apply to the actual creating. That will take about a month two months to have it fully functioning - per each type of light.
While he has power over Light, it means that he could, if allowed access to his full powers, theoretically plunge the city into near darkness by exerting his will to dim it as low as it will go. Prima, however, can't, and he will find this out eventually. His powers only extend to what he creates / gains control of. Even then, he'd be reluctant. It's extremely unlikely that Prima will abuse his own power.
Prima's sword will hold a replica of the Matrix of Leadership embedded on the hilt, and it retains that quantum edge If Prima keeps it sharp and cared for. But, for the most part, it is simply a pretty, incredibly sword. .
Prima would be skilled warrior and in ROTF, it's shown that Primes can, conceivably teleport, or, space bridge. For the sake of the game, I will be locking this, and any other abilities from that verse he might have. Simply because of the fact that he is already powerful enough.
Unlike most Cybertronians, Prime can not speak the modern rendition of it, only a more primal languages, that of the Primes and Ancient. English will come with her body, but reading and writing will not. So, in essence, Prima is highly handicapped in that regard.
The armour that comes with Prima, if it is at all possible, would be linked to a subspace pocket. I'd love it if that was all that he had access to after the first day to week. Mainly as I believe that It, next to transformation, would be one of the most instinctive things to look for. If it's not possible, let me know, and I'll cull it from the abilities.
Items/Weapons:
One dull Star Saber, stripped of it's powers; one replica Bayverse Matrix; One set of armour [Can be culled if required.]
